At some point last year, I started a new series on this blog called Spirit of Creation. My intention for it was to talk a bit more about the different types of products I offer, to let you know what brought me to start crafting them…
Okay, first things first. Just like many Witches I suppose, I’m quite obsessed with books and journals of all sorts. I mean, at the time being, I have 7 different Grimoires and Notebooks serving various purposes, from recording my Spellcraft in detail to exploring my relationship to the Land, not to forget several Tarot and Rune Books in between.
It’s all about observing and getting to know different plants season after season, following their cycles, noticing their preferred places to grow, paying attention to the sort of insects and wildlife they attract… seeing them live and evolve as individuals. And since my Craft is very much local and place-based, my favorites tend to change depending on where I live.
So there is this #31daysofwitchcraft tag going on over on Youtube, related to Witchcraft Practices. I’m a little bit bored with my shop closed and the restrictions on outdoors activities (thanks Covid-19!), so I’m just gonna give it a shot in a form of a couple of blog posts. That way by the end of it, you’ll known a little more about my own Witchy Path and I’ll have spent a few hours occupied.

With the explosion of the Witch Aesthetics on Instagram, I’ve often found myself pondering this question as I scrolled and browsed through the overwhelming amount of altars standing in a well-curated dim light, contemplating the various reclaimed skulls adorned with puzzling sigils as well as the glittery unicorn pink polished fake nails holding an equally perplexing pentacle cupcake.
